Intentional Theory

Thoughtful tools for the way you actually live.

Intentional Theory is a creative studio dedicated to developing thoughtful digital products, innovative tools, and everyday solutions designed to make life a little easier. Rooted in creativity, intention, and innovation, we turn meaningful ideas into beautifully designed experiences.

We make things to be used, not just admired.

We begin with how people really live and work, then shape the simplest thing that helps: considered in its details, calm to use, and honest about what it does.

  • ClarityEvery screen should make the next step obvious.
  • CareDetails that respect your time and your attention.
  • HonestyPlain descriptions and clear limits, with no inflated claims.

The Busy Girl Dashboard

Adulting is hard. Your dashboard shouldn’t be.

Our first product: one calm place for your day, your money, your calendar, your life admin, your goals, and your well-being. Open it in the morning and know what today asks of you.

Who it’s for

Busy women balancing a career, bills, relationships, appointments, personal goals, and self-care, who want one organized, encouraging place to keep it all.

Daily planning
A Today screen with a greeting you can personalize, a daily affirmation (over 100 included), your top three priorities, upcoming events, bills due soon, a quick wellness check-in, and a weekly progress summary.
Financial organization
Bills with due dates and recurring schedules, income, spending by category, savings goals, a debt tracker, and subscriptions, with totals calculated for you.
Planner
Month and week views, color-coded categories, priority labels, and events that repeat daily, weekly, or monthly.
Life administration
Appointments, renewals, errands, and follow-ups in categories you can customize, plus a no-judgment list for the things you’ve been putting off.
Goals
Goals with deadlines and milestone checklists, a vision board for your own images, and a place to record small wins.
Wellness
Habits, mood, water, sleep, and movement, with a weekly chart that celebrates showing up instead of being perfect.
Brain dump and monthly reset
Capture notes and ideas in the moment, then search them later. Close out each month with a guided checklist and short reflection.
Personalization
Four color themes, three font pairings, adjustable text size, light and dark modes, and your own name and greeting.
Simple setup
A short setup asks for your name, priorities, and theme, then fills in editable starter items. Choose Quick Start, or skip it and return later.
Backup and restore
Download a backup file of everything you’ve entered, and restore it on this device or a new one.

Good to know

  • It is not available to buy yet. We haven’t announced a price or a launch date.
  • Your entries stay on your own device. They aren’t uploaded to us and they don’t sync between devices, so the built-in backup and restore is how you protect or move your data.
  • We plan to offer it as a one-time purchase, licensed for use on up to three of your devices.
  • Launch preparation is ongoing, including testing on a range of phones, tablets, and computers.
