This page describes how our website and The Busy Girl Dashboard currently work. It has not yet been reviewed by a legal professional and is not a final policy. A final version will be published before the Dashboard is offered for sale.
These terms apply to your use of this website and, once it is available, The Busy Girl Dashboard (“the Dashboard”). “Intentional Theory”, “we”, and “us” mean the creative studio that operates this website. By using the website you agree to these terms.
The website
This website provides information about Intentional Theory and our products. Please use it lawfully and do not interfere with its operation.
The Busy Girl Dashboard
The Dashboard is preparing for launch and is not yet available for purchase. The descriptions on this website show the product as currently built. Features, availability, pricing, and timing may change before launch, and nothing on this website is an offer to sell.
Licensing and purchases
We plan to sell the Dashboard through Lemon Squeezy as a one-time purchase, with a personal license that can be activated on up to three of your devices. The license is not meant to be shared, resold, or transferred. The final price, license terms, and refund terms will be shown at checkout and added to these terms before any sale.
Your data and backups
The Dashboard saves your entries in your browser on your own device. They are not uploaded to us and do not sync between devices. You are responsible for downloading backups and keeping them safe. Clearing your browser data or removing the app deletes your entries, and we cannot recover them.
Not professional advice
The Dashboard is an organizing tool. Totals and reminders are based only on what you enter. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, or medical advice, and you should check important dates and amounts yourself.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell, or share the Dashboard or its license keys, bypass or interfere with license checks, or reproduce the Dashboard or website content for your own commercial use without our written permission.
Ownership
The website, the Dashboard, and their design, text, and code belong to Intentional Theory. What you enter into the Dashboard remains yours.
Third-party services
We rely on third parties, including Cloudflare (hosting), Google Fonts (typefaces), and, once purchases are available, Lemon Squeezy (payments and license keys). Their own terms and policies apply to their services.
No warranty
The website and, while it is in preparation, the Dashboard are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Intentional Theory is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from use of the website or the Dashboard. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as the website and the Dashboard change, and we will change the date at the top when we do.
