Privacy Policy
This page describes how our website and The Busy Girl Dashboard currently work. It has not yet been reviewed by a legal professional and is not a final policy. A final version will be published before the Dashboard is offered for sale.
Intentional Theory (“we”, “us”) is a creative studio. This policy explains what information is handled when you visit this website and, once it launches, when you use The Busy Girl Dashboard (“the Dashboard”). The Dashboard is preparing for launch and is not yet available for purchase.
This website
This website is informational. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no online checkout. We do not add analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts to it, and our own code does not set cookies.
Hosting by Cloudflare
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you visit, your browser sends a request that includes technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. Cloudflare processes these details to deliver the site and keep it secure, and it may keep logs for those purposes. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy applies to that processing: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Google Fonts
Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. To do this, your browser requests font files from Google’s servers, and Google receives your IP address and browser details with that request. Google’s privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your personal information.

The Dashboard: your entries stay on your device
The Dashboard runs in your web browser. Everything you enter, including tasks, bills, notes, goals, habits, and vision board images, is saved in your browser’s storage on your own device. We do not receive, see, or store those entries, and they are not synced between devices.
The Dashboard lets you download a backup file of your entries. That file is created on your device and is yours to keep, move, or delete. If you clear your browser data or remove the app, your entries are deleted, and we cannot recover them. The Dashboard also saves its own files in your browser so it can open without an internet connection.
The Dashboard: license activation
When the Dashboard is available, you will enter a license key once to activate it. At that point the Dashboard sends your license key and a device label (a device type such as “iPhone” plus random characters) to a small service we run on Cloudflare. That service passes the request to Lemon Squeezy’s license service to confirm the key is valid and to record the activation. When you are online, the Dashboard re-checks the license about once a week. Your license key is also saved on your device so the Dashboard can work offline.
We do not keep our own database of license keys, device labels, or activations. Lemon Squeezy holds the license and activation records. Cloudflare may log requests to our service in the same way it logs requests to this website.
Purchases
We plan to sell the Dashboard through Lemon Squeezy, which would process payments and act as the seller of record. Lemon Squeezy would collect the information needed to complete your order, such as your name, email address, and payment details, under its own privacy policy: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. We may see order details in our Lemon Squeezy account, such as your name, email address, and license key, so we can provide support and process refunds. No purchases are available yet.
Children
This website and the Dashboard are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can ask us about, or ask us to delete, the email correspondence we hold from you. Your Dashboard entries are under your control on your device. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over personal information, and you can contact us to ask about them.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the website and the Dashboard change, and we will change the date at the top when we do.
